The reason we welcomed Neil (we welcome everyone but Neil gets an extra welcome) is because he is from BTCV and if you remember, it is they who gave us the start-up grant for our tools many months ago. Neil also had a bag of tricks that turned out to be chainsaws. Grrrr! Grrrr!

Seven of us turned out, which is fantastic for a half-term week-day, and we had a really good go at the new glade. Pretty much finished it, stump removal and all.

This means we can push on with path widening on the Sunday workday and hopefully reach the end.

Great day today, we all worked hard to get it finished.
